Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Items that are never received 
  • Items that are damaged or broken 
  • Wrong item arrived 

How to return an Item

  2. Send pictures/video of item if broken, damaged or wrong item received.
  3. Package the item securely and we will send you a free of charge postage label to return to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place the order for the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale items or gift cards
